A single-subject tuition centre charges RM60–150 a month. A private Physics tutor charges RM400–500. CiGu is RM90 — and it tells you exactly what is wrong.

Small-group remediation on the specific sub-topic your child's report flagged. Four weekend sessions a month, six to eight students. Add or drop it month by month; it is never part of the RM90 plan.

The free trial
One full live class and its quiz. No card is taken and no charge is made. If you do nothing at the end of it, nothing happens.
Starting a paid plan
You choose a plan and confirm the amount on screen before paying. The first charge date is stated before you confirm, never after.
Renewal
Opt-in. We message you before a period ends and renew only when you agree. You will never discover a subscription by finding the charge.
Cancellation
One message on WhatsApp or one click in the parent account, at any time. Access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.
Refunds
Unused full months on a 3-month, 6-month or annual plan are refunded pro-rata. A month already in progress is not refunded.
If we cancel a class
It is rescheduled within the same week. If it cannot be, that week is credited to your next period.
Payment is by FPX online banking or card.

What is included in the RM90 a month?
Four live SPM Physics classes a month with your Mastery tutor, the recording of every class, a scored quiz after each class, one monthly parent mastery report, and WhatsApp support. Nothing in that list is sold as an upgrade.

When are the live classes?
One live class a week on a fixed weeknight. The month's schedule is sent on WhatsApp and stays the same week to week, so it can be planned around school and any other tuition.
What happens if my child misses a class?
The recording is available the same night and the quiz stays open for four days after the class. A missed class still produces a score and still appears in the monthly report, so nothing drops out of the record. If a whole week is missed, the sub-skills from it simply carry into the next quiz.
What device and internet does my child need?
Any Android or iOS phone from the last five years, or a laptop. The class runs at about 1.5 Mbps and falls back to audio with slides when the line is weak. Nothing needs to be installed beyond a browser, and the quiz works on a phone.
Is this suitable for a weak student?
Yes. The quiz is a diagnosis, not a filter — a low first score simply names the sub-skills to start with, and no score is shown to the class. Students who need more than the live class can add the Mastery Clinic, which works in small groups on one gap at a time.
How does the parent report work?
Once a month you receive a score out of 100 for each Physics domain covered, the sub-topics your child is weak in named in plain words, what was taught in response, and the change since the last report. It is written for a parent to read in two minutes, and it goes to you rather than to your child.
Do you offer online Physics tuition with a progress report for Form 4 only?
Form 4 and Form 5 both run, on separate class nights, each following its own point in the SPM Physics syllabus. A Form 4 student joins the Form 4 class and receives the same monthly report; the revision emphasis in the Form 5 class is heavier because the sitting is closer.
How do I cancel?
One message on WhatsApp, or one click in the parent account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and a subscription never renews without you choosing to renew it.
Do you give refunds?
Yes. Unused full months on a 3-month, 6-month or annual plan are refunded pro-rata; a month already in progress is not. If we cancel a class and cannot reschedule it within the week, that week is credited to your next period.
Does this replace school?
No. It follows the same SPM Physics syllabus your child is taught in school, and spends its time on the sub-skills a school timetable has no room to check one student at a time. School stays the primary teaching; this is where the gaps get found.
How does payment work?
Online banking through FPX, or card. The free trial does not charge your card. If you continue it is RM90 a month, billed to the parent account, and the charge date is shown before you confirm. There is no registration fee and no materials fee.
